Visitors attempt each step involved in successfully rebounding a ball.  They get in position, rebound a ball, and complete a lay-up.  By playing against padded obstacles, visitors experience the difficulty involved in getting through the defense to play under the rim and realize the high level of athleticism needed to be successful.
