Established in October, 2007, the College Basketball Experience (CBE) is a division of the National Association of Basketball Coaches Foundation, a national leader in philanthropic activities involving the education and mentoring of youth.
The award winning and nationally recognized CBE is home to the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame. This highly unique facility celebrates the history of men’s collegiate basketball in the town where it literally all began – Kansas City, Missouri. The history of the game, including the great coaches, players, teams and championship games are highlighted in the CBE, surrounded by the most extreme hands-on interactive basketball venues that exist today.
Although full of information that chronicles the games’ importance and rise in America, The CBE is not a museum. It’s so much more. Educational. Motivational. Highly energetic. Fully entertaining. The CBE is a family entertainment center for all ages!
The CBE and Hall of Fame have a direct mission to reach youth, youth basketball coaches, fans and the general public with positive messages of teamwork, fair play, cooperation, honesty, hard work, respect, commitment, dedication and sacrifice. These character building values are the foundation of The CBE mission.
The CBE’s outreach efforts have been significant over the past years. We continue to work diligently to provide an increasing number opportunities and partnerships that will positively impact the community.
We invite you to support The CBE facility and its mission to serve our national, regional and immediate communities.
