The College Basketball Experience and National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame is a $26 million, 41,500 square-foot interactive facility located in the Power and Light District in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Owned and operated by the National Association of Basketball Coaches Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the National Association of Basketball Coaches, it is connected to the Sprint Center arena. The CBE opened on October 10, 2007.

The College Basketball Experience is a facility unmatched by any other in the nation or the world. The ONLY facility in existence that honors men's collegiate basketball, The CBE truly is the house that college basketball built. The National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame honors the great coaches, players and contributors in the game of college basketball. From Dr. James Naismith to Charles Barkley, Forrest Clare "Phog" Allen to Dick Vitale, you'll enjoy learning about the greats of the game.

In addition to the immersive & interactive uniqueness of The CBE, it is also Kansas City's most unique special and private event space. Private events are our 2nd sport! Corporate events, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs', fundraisers, proms, watch parties and wedding receptions are just a few of the types of events hosted in The CBE. And of course The College Basketball Experience is the perfect venue for basketball tournaments, games and contests for all ages.
