Harold "Mr. Wisconsin" Foster led the University of Wisconsin Badgers to a three year 43-8 record and was named All-Conference in 1929 and All-American in 1930. Foster became head coach of Wisconsin in 1935 and coached the Badgers to three Big Ten Conference titles and the 1941 NCAA Championship. He was an outstanding teacher and proponent of sportsmanship.
