School group rates are applicable Monday through Friday only.
School group discount cannot be received on Saturday & Sunday unless tickets are purchased in advance or reservation has been made through The CBE Groups staff. Without prior ticket purchase or reservation, only the Standard Group rate can be received on Saturday & Sunday for groups of 20 or more.

School groups must have a minimum of 20 people in order to receive the discount.**
Every person entering The CBE, including group volunteers, chaperons, parents, etc. must purchase a ticket.
Please Note: YMCA, Boy/Girl Scouts, and Summer Camp Groups, etc. not coming directly from a school on a field trip qualify under the Group Rate and not the School Group Rate.

It is required that any and all groups who qualify under the group rate plan,will need to pay entry fees in full prior to entering The CBE.
If you are paying by credit card, company check or cash, the system will generate a printed receipt or we may provide you with a written receipt on CBE letterhead by request. We do not accept personal checks. The CBE does not issue invoices unless requested prior to arrival.
All groups who enter The CBE/Hall of Fame assume responsibility for any damages to The CBE/Hall of Fame exhibits, electronics and/or features of the facility. Adult chaperones for groups comprised mostly of youth-aged children are responsible for overseeing the group while in the facility. In the event damage is caused by any member of a visiting group, the sponsoring organization will be held financially liable for any damages to the facility, exhibits or activity electronics.
