Twyman, a 6-foot-6 forward guard was named All-American at the University of Cincinnati in 1955. That same year he was chosen by the Rochester Royals in the second round of the NBA draft. He went on to become a six-time NBA All-Star. One of the first NBA players to average more than 30 points per game in a single season, he was one of the top scorers for 8 seasons.
