Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Inductee 1996

After winning a silver medal for the Yugoslavian Olympic team, Cosic at enrolled Brigham Young University in 1970, and was the first foreign born Division I All-American. After college, he returned to Croatia where he participated in four more Olympic Games and became a pioneer who blazed the trail for international players to pursue education and athletics at the collegiate level in America.
