Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Inductee 1998
College basketball would not be what it is today without "Larry Legend." He propelled tiny Indiana State University to the NCAA Finals in 1979. He became an instant superstar for the NBA's Boston Celtics making 12 all-star teams and winning three consecutive MVP awards. He led the Celts to NBA titles in 1981, 1984 and 1986 and was an original member of the 1992 Olympic "Dream Team".
