Known as one of basketball's fiercest competitors, Barry was the 1964-65 NCAA Division I scoring champion with 37.4 points per game. He remains the only player to ever lead the NCAA, the ABA, and the NBA in scoring. Barry is also considered by many as the best pure shooter in basketball history, which is reflected by his six NBA free throw percentage titles. He was named to the NBA's 50th Anniversary All-Time Team in 1996.
